As a personal trainer and massage therapist in; I believe the best approach to improve fitness is to increase your confidence and movement when exercising.

However, should you be unable to travel to my home gym in Basingstoke, an online coaching option is a great solution to helping you jump-start your fitness goals. Using my  App and supporting material, you’ll work your way through a step-by-step approach to improving your confidence when exercising, while also developing motivation and habits to sustain a healthier lifestyle. 

To help you further, I offer add-on support with Zoom Coaching to keep you on track with your goals.
