One on one pt

Here's your chance to work one one one with me to detail your goals and needs to achieve your long-term health & fitness goals.

The focus is to improve pain-free range of motion, mobility, stability with a goal to eliminate/manage pain, reduce reliance upon medication, improve sleep and relax.

Small group pt

This is the perfect option to begin your fitness journey if one-on-one sessions not an option.

Train in a group of four like-minded people, all who share similar goals, experiences and struggles with health & fitness.

Sessions include low back, hip, knee, and shoulder programmes last 8 weeks.
