Rehab, Basingstoke
Pain and injury don't have to mean giving up on training. I work with clients managing back pain and sciatica, neck and shoulder problems, elbow and wrist issues, hip pain, knee problems, ankle injuries, and pre/post-surgery recovery - building a way back to training that works with where your body is now, not where it was.
The fear of making things worse is often the biggest barrier - more than the injury itself. I use a structured approach to movement (M.A.D - Movement Activation Drills) that lets us keep you moving safely, building confidence back alongside strength.
