1-2-1 In Person Training
Choose the level that matches your current fitness, mobility and experience — or answer three quick questions below.
Which level sounds like you?
Beginner
- Current fitness
- You tire quickly — stairs, carrying shopping or a long walk leave you out of breath.
- Mobility
- Stiff in the mornings, tight hips or lower back, and getting up off the floor takes effort.
- Experience
- New to exercise, or returning after years away with little or no gym experience.
Intermediate
- Current fitness
- You're fairly active — walks, classes or home workouts — but progress has stalled or been on and off.
- Mobility
- You move well day to day, with a few tight spots that don't stop you training.
- Experience
- You know the basics and have used weights, but have never followed a structured, progressive plan.
Advanced
- Current fitness
- You already train 3+ times a week and have a solid base of strength and stamina.
- Mobility
- Good control and range through your joints, even under load.
- Experience
- Confident with free weights and the main lifts — you want to break plateaus and push further.

1. How active have you been over the last 6 months?
2. How do your joints and everyday movement feel right now?
3. What's your experience with weights or gym training?
